ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. I Love my Kids’ Art reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. I Love my Kids’ Art reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. I Love my Kids’ Art is a manufacturer and reseller to both end users and resellers.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, I Love my Kids’ Art shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. I Love my Kids’ Art shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Los Coco, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Los Coco, LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the fact that our orders are custom-printed and not in inventory, and that you as a customer receive a digital proof for your approval, print jobs may not be returned. If you don’t like the digital proof, you need to let us know the reason and I Love my Kids’ Art will make any necessary changes to your piece. Changes are limited to background color or style with our designer’s recommendation. If a defect in materials is evident, the item may be exchanged for one identical item. If  Los Coco, LLC provides a giclée print that does not match the digital proof approved by you within described tolerances, we will accept a return of that giclée print for either a corrected replacement or a refund.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Los Coco, LLC will TRY to cancel an order for you, if possible. Due to our fast turnaround times, most of the time orders cannot be canceled. We will make a great effort to cancel an order but remember once an order is placed it is basically final.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall I Love my Kids’ Art or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

PAYMENT
All payments with credit card or debit card are securely processed through Paypal.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Los Coco, LLC primarily uses Federal Express to ship canvas and poster prints to our customers. Transit times will take between 7 to 10 business days.
